Extra Easy A week in a Truck

I'm spending the week with hubby in his truck and there is not much room in the fridge for mine and his food. So what can I take with me to stop me visiting the truck stops and services.
He has a microwave and little gas stove.

Fruit, mug shots, beans, eggs, egg noodles, tinned mackerel, tuna,

sure someone will have more suggestions this was all I could think of offhand. Sorry

also a lot of the motorway service stations have m and s or waitrose now and yu can get cottage cheese, and fruit and salads

supernoodles and supernoodles to go, couscous, pasta 'n' sauce, packet rice, tinned free/low syn things

pasta-n-sauce. Weetabix. Alpen light's. Snack-a-jacks. Steam veg. Laughing cow & ryvita's.
