Trying again post Hysterectomy

Hi all
Trying again post Hysterectomy. Its been a while since I did SW so how many syns a day can I have? trying to lose 1.5 Stone any advice would be appreciated.

Syns are the same for everyone hun, guideline of up to 15syns a day, but no less than 5 x

Hiya Wychypoo hope you're all recovered now. If you haven't done SW for a while did you know about Extra Easy? Its where you can eat unlimited red and green day foods but you only have 1 Healthy Extra A and 1 Healthy Extra B choice. I think that's right but not 100% sure cos I have never done the red and green day version. Good luck x

It has been a while and I intend doing it without going to classes. I will have a good look around this site to see if I can find out more
