Does anyone know the minimum amount that you could join class wanting to lose ? I want to transfer to a class when I've lost a stone or more with body optimise

You have to have at least 7lb to lose to join, I guess it will be the same even if you have been doing it online

Thanks MadameLaMinx ! I was thinking 7lb was about right I'm trying to plan when I might get that close - ha ha
