EE - what ham is syn free

Nor is Tesco value chicken roll - woman at our class had been eating 3 or 4 packs a week - turns out to be 1 syn per slice (so 40 syns per pack, times 4 a week - argh!!!)

Hi All,

I usually look at the ingredients list on the back, My SWC says if its 95% meat then its generally free as rule of thumb. The less meat the more crap!! LOL
 
I didn't know this! I was making my daughter a sandwich with the BM turkey wafer ham and pinched a few slices as I waited for my pasta to cook :(

I forgot about this thread and had 2 slices of Bernard Matthew 100% turkey breast ham slices, the thick ones. Are these syn free? x
