when to start!

hiya!

well i've been to the chemist and bought my first week of lipotrim, then when i got home i got invited to a hen weekend next weekend, shes one of my old school friends and i dont know what to do now. i was hoping to start tomorrow but i'm not to sure now.

you could still start tomorrow and by next week youll be in ketosis so hopefully wont be that hungry so you could just take your shakes along and just drink water. i think if you wait til next week theres always gonna be things getting in your way.

Thanks for that i plan to start on saturday morning, got a wedding tomorrow so i said saturday was gonna be my day to start will let u know how it goes but again thank u xx
