5 stone to loose for my wedding!!!!!

I'm getting married on the 4.6.11 and want to loose 5 stone!!

Over the past 7 years i have gained 6 stone :cry:and now have the willpower to loose it.

Joined SW last week and only lost 1lb which i was very dispointed with. With your help and staying with meeting i hope i can do it. xxx

I started SW on 11th Aug and have quite a lot to loose, I got married in July and I could not get the motivation at all to loose weight but now we are desperate to have a baby that I finally have my motivation
Would love to chat and share tips- what plan are you following on EE? what day is your weigh in? x

I did EE last year and lost 2 stone, so know it works so will be sticking to EE. I try and get weighed on a Tuesday or Wednesday depending when my shifts are as i work different days each week. What day is your weigh in? x

I usually go on a wed but due to work hrs changing i am changing to a Mon eve class- probably better as will stop me being naughty on the weekends
I follow red and green with the occasional EE
Had KFC last night and really shouldn't have as only have 4 days til weigh in now but wanted to treat ourselves and have been really good apart from that x

Well tonight is the night.... weigh in!! i hope i lost more than a pound this week. i have stuck to it like glue all week. will post back tomorow with the result!! x

2ND weigh in tonight and lost 2.5 lbs!! made up with that. I know its not massive but every bit helps! x
