advice please

ok so i am really proud of me but need some advice
today i started a college course that is on 1 day a week and has a lunch break the dreaded time so arrived at the cafe and in front of me was chips and macarroni (something i have been longing for) and lots of other greasy yummy thing and i stuck to my guns and had a Baked potato yeah Me so chuffed i resisted the temptation! but i also dont know how to point it now is was a small potato i made sure the gave me the littlest and a very small tub of tuna not enough for the tattie but good so i worked potato out at 2.5 and the tuna not sure as dont know what kind the used but from the size i would reckon about 70g and then the mayo that was in it too no idea how much it seamed to much for the tuna so what would u point it as please if u can i help i am grateful thanks in advance x

Depends on if the tunas in oil brine or water, Mayo full or low fat? I've had that meal out loads of times and use 2.5 jack sp if medium, 2 for tuna if small 2 for Mayo as it's best to be safe....
6.5 , thing us in the eat out guide they can be quiet high in points?Well done for sensible choices x

would agree with size102b regarding points but maybe add on 1 or 2 to be on the safe side?
Are you able to take your lunch with you in future? That way you can control exactly what you eat and wont have to queue up and see the tempting foods ;)

Well done for resisting though :D

thanks ladies thats great x

erm also you need to make sure how the spud was cooked! some use oil to coat the potato in! i'd actually point the potato 3.5 to be on safe side! :(

oh right thanks smirky i was still well with in my points so i am ok i think x

sorry hun i just always tend to point higher to be on safe side :) well done for still being under points! :) xx

thanks hun x
