Hello all,

Nearly two years after I was last here and got my bmi down to about 35 - and guess what I am back and the weight is all back too!!

Just booked a holiday of a lifetime for my friends wedding in Brazil - it's only 7 weeks so not expecting miracles - but a stone and a bit would be nice....:break_diet:

Thanks everyone - I am doing excercise this time which is a change for me!! Not anything tough too start - wii fit and step on wii but it's a start! lol!
