LT Lipotrim, TFR Total food replacement. I have to have surgery on Sept 23rd, and my doc recommended this diet for the three weeks as I need to lose at least 10lb before I undergo the op....

Sorry to hear you have to have surgery but hope the diet is working and that all goes well with your op.

Thanks for the good wishes, Surgery is routine but Major, I am positive of a good outcome.
hope to return to Lipotrim TFR when I have recovered sufficiently, which will probably be in the new year.

hello skinnychickinside hope your op goes well and you're not finding tfr too difficult. have you given any thought as to how you will lose the weight post-op? oh, wait, i just saw you said you'd go back to tfr... have you considered anything else or would you find this the easiest method for you? x
