Well some of you may remember me but alot of you are new to me. Done lt before and lost 8 stone,put most back on through pure greediness and totally my fault so I'm
Now back to square one!
Starting tomorrow so I have my water in the fridge for the shakes ready and lots of bottles ready too to make sure I drink loads.

Wow welldone on your previous losses!!!! With weight loss like that before you'll hopefully have no prob sticking to it this time as you'll have seen the fab results on yourself!!! Best of luck!! Im only starting week four today and strugling at bit at times but doing good this evening.

Gosh I know exactly where you're coming from with the re-gain. I managed to lose 6 stone about 5 years ago on Lighter Life, and I've put 5 of it back on (although had regained the whole 6, but lost a stone with Weight Watchers!).
