well i thought id start a food diary on here, i already have my lil book i write stuff in at home but its not the same when no one can see. i feel i will stay more on track if i know other people are reading this-i wouldnt fancy writing ''total points=39'' when my allowance is 19!

ill start from saturday as thats when i made my 2week 100% challange pledge!

saturday:

well sunday my lil girl was poorly so i didnt really have a chance to have a 'proper' meal-and i didnt real feel like it either with all the throwing up that was going on..nice lol!
im not usually that good lol! but hopefully having to write everything i eat on a public forum (eeek) will give me a kick up the bum to stay on track!
 
i do love a good salad-especially with pickled beetroot-yum!!!
you look so slim in yuor pic-whats your goal weight? i thought i wanted to be 9stone 7, but once i reach that (if i reach that....) id like to get down to 9st.

i think it will be much easier to maintain on WW than SW, if we can work out how to do that that is.........lol.
my mums a SW gal-shes doing really well, but its not my cuppa tea!

i have weigh in tommorow :eek:.......although this last few days i have been careful with my points, and even tried saving some, im not getting my hopes up. its major damage limmitation from last wednesday, thursday, and friday!! i went totally over board, and didnt even bother adding up my points. so to be honest im hoping for a STS-then next week back on top of it all.
i almost did the same as last week when i had 4 toblerone biccies, i just thought ''oh sod it!!!', then almost straight away i mentally told myself off :rant2:, and reminded myself its not the end of the world, its only lunch time, i can cut back the rest of the evening, and still stay within points-granted 4 biscuits isnt exactly diet like, but im still trying to change lol! so i cut my cous cous portion in half, was gunna have 60g, but 30g with a full roasted red pepper, and fully roasted red onion, and 7 grilled cherry tomatoes was pleeeeenty! yum!! :D

i didnt really like having yesterday already pre-planned out, it was a bit weird knowing what i was supposed to have etc, kind of felt like i was being told what to do........by myself.....lol-if that even makes sense!?!!

friday was the first time i had eaten out somewhere, and it was quite daunting-which in a way is a good thing and a bad ting, on the plus side i didnt just think ''oh i'll just throw WW out of the window'' i was still trying to make healthy choices, but at the same time i feel i didnt enjoy it as much because i was worried about the effect it will have on my diet. but now i have been out to eat, made some good choices, and still stayed within my points i feel alot better!
