i rejoined my sw group tonight as i haven't been in ages, and am vowing to get into those size 8 jeans by christmas! gonna take things one day at a time and with the support of my amazing family, friends and (of course) you lovely ladies i should be there in no time at all :)

will write tomorrow after my first day back on the game!
 
day 1, and so far so good! had a very good day and am hoping the rest of the week will follow suit..

ham slices and tesco light choices chicken noodle soup (2 syns)

dinner
peppered beef steaks, weight watchers carrot and swede mash (3.5 syns) and steamed veg

snack
strawberries & homemade syn-free summer fruits ice cream
small bag of maltesers (5.5 syns)

day 2, had a bit of a blip today but like i always say life goes on and i'm drawing a line under it :)

breakfast
strawberries

mid-morning snack
peperami lunchbox mini (1 syn)

lunch
whetherspoons warm chicken & bacon salad (17.5 syns - ouch, i know!)
sticky toffee pudding (32 syns - eeek!)

dinner
sausage casserole and steamed veg(8 syns - 3 x 1 syn sausages, 3.5 x ww carrot and swede mash, 1.5 ww sausage casserole sauce)

snack
kellogg's fibre plus bar (HEXB) and a glass of milk (HEXA)

total syns today: 62.5 - not the best day i know haha, oh well, i've learnt my lesson; tomorrow i'll be better :)
 
must admit i'm quite proud of myself that i actually made the effort to find out the syns i had eaten when my boyfriend decided to treat me to lunch, usually i'd just give up altogether and vow to 'be good' next week, and hopefully by putting them in my food diary it might warn you lovely ladies to stay away from wetherspoons when you think you're making healthy choices (i.e. the salad, not the sticky toffee - i know that was naughty hehe) proves i'm making some quite good habits i think!
 
okay so i've not written for a few days, and the reason being it's been a disastrous few days! various social events have meant i've fallen off the plan on more than one occasion, and thus think i have probably compromised my loss this week. i'm going to follow plan 100% these next 3 days though (easier said than done as i have 4 shifts at work from now until weigh in) but hopefully this might limit some of the damage i've done, and i could even come away with a loss. i'm not going to have any syns either, as i've definitely had more than my weekly allowance so hopefully that might help. feeling positive though after getting that off my chest :)
 
not written for a week (or so!) but on the whole i've pretty much been sticking to plan. had some fab new meals that i've not had before, chickpea dahl and oodles of supernoodles! feeling excited about monday's WI, can't wait to see if my hard work has paid off! made some yummy syn free trifles today, as i've had a right trifle craving for some reason, just waiting for them to set!
