I will do this!!!
Does anyone know if the frozen raspberries from sainsburys are syn free? my cons told me that some frozen fruit has syns as they are oated in a sugar glaze before freezing.

As far as i know there free, i eat them as free..... they should just be berries frozen. They weren't online so cant look it up.

Yes, can confirm they are totally and utterly syn free!
If in doubt about any other frozen fruit, look on the bag/tub at the list of ingedients- if they've been coated in sugar than sugar will be listed as an ingredient.

Some fruit doesn't freeze very well. Or rather, doesn't thaw very well - it goes a bit soggy. Coating it in a sugar glaze helps to prevent this.

But raspberries freeze perfectly, so there isn't really any reason to add sugar.

But as has already been said, all you have to do is check the label. If sugar has been used, it must say so.
