Ladies this evening i measured out 30grams of the New Walkers Extra Crunchy Crisps, there was quite a few and because they really crunchy lasted a while. 7 syns for 30grams
Also i bought a large pack of Mallows from Lidl today they were about a pound, I measured out 40grams into little sealable bags I got 7 lots and you get around 9 - 12 sweets, these work out at 7 syns too.
