Heyyy all!

Just a little confuzzled... say for example the lovely Pink 'n' White marshamllow wafer thingys are 0.5 each... how come I've seen on here people writing...

Pink 'n' White = 0.5
2 x Pink 'n' Whites = 1.5

??? Does it go up if you have more than one of the same thing??

Any help would be massively appreciated!! :)

x

oh no-dont say that lol, although i vaguely remember someone saying if you have 2 of something it gets rounded up.......help! lol

I know tell me about it!! I'm panicking just as much as you guys!! :p

I'm tempted to just keep them at 0.5 and make up my own points for everything! :D

so do you mean, for example, that if a slice of bread is 98kcal and say o.5 saturated fat, if your having 2 you should work it out as 196kcal and 1g saturated fat..not individually........does that even make sense? lol arggghhh!

holy crap-ive been doing it wrong then lol! right better get it right tommorow then-doh! thanks for explaining that one

Thanks for starting this thread Lozzy. WW can be very confusing sometimes.

Ahhh Allie you're a life saver! :) Thankyou soooo much for explaining! I've been counting things down as individual things, at least it won't have ruined my first week too much as I've been eating 18 a day instead of the 20 I should be and do hardcore gym sessions everyday so have a few activity points to play around with! But at least I know for my 2nd week! Thanks again lovely! :)

Btw what an inspiration you are!! You look soooo pretty in your photos, I'm VERY jealous of your lovely figure!! x

You're welcome! :D I'm just easily confused anyways :p

Hope WW is going well for you?? :)

I have to admit in all the time I did WW I never did that. If something worked out at 2 points and I had 2 of them I counted it as 4. Same with bread and pink and whites. If theyre 0.5 each and I have 2 then I always counted them as 1.

Consensus on this is pretty divided on the forum. What I liked about WW was the simplicity and I just always felt making things complicated was counter productive.

I have to say it never ever affected my losses but then its probably swings and roundabout, sometimes by adding things individually it works out more than adding them all together so overall - well it seems to balance out :)

Ooo well that's nice to hear :) It's just a tadge harder to remember what things work out as per serving as it changes so much, I think I may keep things to their individual values (i.e. 2 x 0.5 pink 'n' whites = 1) because I exercise looooooads, so any indiscrepencies (sp? lol) can be used against any activity points as I don't use them :)

Thankyou for the advice! :)

i had 2 yummy hot choc's yesterday at half point each,,go to write it in to tracker last night to find out they 1.5 for both instead of 1:(i usually have 1 or 2 left over so not too worried at the min
