Just wondering, how long should it take me to lose 5st and drop from a size 16 to a 10/12 on SS? I try to swim/walk everyday....all comment welcome

If you are ssing or on a low plan with cd you can expect to lose around a stone a month.....!

from my experience you will lose it in 4 months hun i did and i wasn't exercising

It is true you could lose it quicker but the average is 1 stone a month......so go for it.
