Hi does anyone know the syn value for nom 0% fat delight mango and passion fruit yogurt?

There is sugar and mango puree in it so im assuming its a little amount of syns and not free

Ive just calcaluted the rubbarb one and it says 7 syns on all plans

Nah it is not as bad as that! You need to add a free food allowance and IIRR they are about one and a half or two syns each

If you do a search you will find the answer

Yeah but did you remember to include a free food allowance for the fat free yoghurt? That can make a big different in the result

They are now 2 syns according to the Syns Online tool on the SW website! I find many items have in fact gone up by half a syn recently!

To be fair, I just realised the size of them is bigger. Earlier someone mentioned 125g and now they are 180g
