ooo im going there tomorrow lunch - bit worried as I love chinese, all the bad stuff!!!

awww i am so jealous!!! i lurrrrrve all you can eat chinese - mainly cos im a right greedy cow

i have definitely noticed my appetite has decreased too since starting SW, but i think its a good thing really! ;) xx

worst part was the £35 bill, 2 diet cokes and all u can eat for 2 adults

Sounds yum! I can never be diciplined when I go to an all you can eat place, even if I feel full, I still cram it all in and when I come out I have to wind my car seat back down as I can't sit upright cos I'm so full! lol.
We have a good chinese buffet place in town and it only costs about £5.50 each at lunch and about £9.00 in the evening.
I work in town and when it first opened people from work wanted to go for lunch all the time cos it was so cheap, I'm glad the novelty has worn off now, I can't cope in those places.

i love wing wah its best place in the world

I've never heard of wing wah. Buffets are good though as you get to try all different dishes, I always tent to get the same meals if I get chinese so its a good chance to try a little bit of different things.
I love chinese food and if you are careful like you were at Wing wah, a lot of chinese dishes aren't too many syns, I just find it hard to be good like you, but hopefully the longer I stick with SW I may find like you have that I just don't want as much!
