Only just realised last time I asked for the syn values for these, I was eating the Asda or Morrisons versions - now I am on Tesco!

So, does anyone have the syn values for Tesco Japanese Rice Crackers please?

Hey chick,

Do you use the slimming world website? cos you can work it out on there by putting all the values in.

Are they the chilli ones? If so I think they are about 35 syns a bag hun. Something silly like that anyway x
