Losing weight the healthy way

Helloooooooo!

I stumbled across this forum whilst searching for diets and I'm so glad I did.

I have a history of "disordered eating". I've never been diagnosed with anything but have had phases of throwing up everything I eat, not eating at all and exercising excessively.

I am borderline overweight-obese at the moment and recognise I need to lose weight... BUT THE HEALTHY WAY.

I had a bit of a fluff up with my eating recently. I was admitted to a mental health respite place, where my eating went crazy. Between the staff and I, we managed to establish a pattern of healthy eating, but since I left respite its gone a little up in the air again.

I know that I'm on a slippery slope so I'm going to try and stop myself slipping any further. :)

I swim a lot. I play badminton once a week. I like to walk. I have exercise DVDs but can never be bothered to do them

I have a lot of weight to lose... and I'm determined to do it healthily!
