Dropping dress size's

I started LT 10 days ago and have lost 10lbs so far but i have a special occasion on the 1st oct do you think il have gone down any dress size's by then???? i really hope so.

Hi Dona, oh i'd say so. A stone is roughly a dress size so ya'd maybe be down 1 to 2 sizes!! good luck with ur journey x

I heard it was a stone a size for most people.. but i don't think this is set in stone depends on u.

Thanx. wot is others experiance's how many sizes have u dropped in 5 weeks? i would love to be 2 size's smaller.

Almost certainly! But don't buy the new dress just yet just in case, by that I mean just in case it has to be two sizes smaller!
