Corn Thins? Wholemeal Pitta

Hi im hoping someone can put me right! I have had a sainsburys wholemeal pitta and also 6 x corn thins - i do not know whether they are each a heb? or how many syns? Not sure what to have rest of day until i know the answer! thanks so much for your help.

5 corn thins for a HEb.
Pitta is 7 syns I think not a HEb

Jemma has just said it! Correct info! Sains pitta breads are not HEXbs. Only Co-op ones now.
