what about the juice you buy in bottles, in case i have none whole lemons in? thanks x

There is usually a preservative (or it would go off quickly) and the Waitrose one I have has a small amount of lemon oil in it, but lemon oil only comes from the rind which is free anyway.
And you would normally only use a relatively small amount of it in a recipe - unless of course you are drinking it by the glass!
