how do you thank someone for their post?

Please can someone tell me how to 'thank' a member for their post? It's driving me crazy that I can't work it out!

You wont get a Thanks option til you have 50 posts

Post a thank you under their replies, that way you build up your posts, and let them know you appreciate their help!
