"Scan bran" chocolates and fish fingers!

Hi, this is my first post pleading for help so bear with me!
Firstly, I was given a recipe for ferrero rocher type items (7 ryvita, 4 tbsp nutella, 1 tbsp golden syrup) which makes 30 chocolates (1/2 syn each) - have tried them before and they're lovely, tried to make them and my mixture is like cheesecake base and won't go into balls! Any ideas? I don't want to add more nutella or syrup in case it messes up the syns...
And then can anyone tell me the syn content of morrisson's own haddock fish fingers in breadcrumbs? I do extra easy so the fish should be free, but can I count the breadcrumbs as a Healthy Extra, or syns, or what?
Am a student who can't afford the frankly ridicularse prices for online membership (£60 for 3 months on the cheapest deal!), so can't access the online syns or syn calculator so any help would be greatly appreciated! Am getting by on a very retro Food Directory (or food bible as I call it) and my mum's old extra easy booklet!

You can only HEX wholemeal breadcrumbs, thats probably only going to be any that you prepare yourself, I cant imagine any on processed foods would be a Healthy extra. Still, 1 1/2 syns isnt bad.

You should probably use the syn values sub forums in future (this thread will get moved at some point)

Cant help with the ferrero rochet - I dont like the real ones, so haven't been tempted to try the SW version! Arent they made with scan bran though, not ryvita. if you arent in a group, apparently you can buy them in Holland & Barrett.

With the Ferrero Rocher, I dont use Ryvita, or scan bran (or "roof tiles" as I like to call them!) I use Weetabix. Ratio of 1 Weetabix to 1 level-to-rounded spoon of Nutella. I dont bother with the Golden Syrup, it just doesnt add anything to them IMO & just extra syns. Weetabix is part of HEB & Nutella is (I think) 4 syns per level spoon, so I consider the entire mix at that ratio is 7 syns the lot. It makes around 6-7, inch sized balls.
