I'm starting WW for the first time tonight, meetings at 6, joining with a friend so we can really encourage each other (and the element of competition never hurt anyone!)!!
I think I have about 4 stone to lose to get into the "healthy bmi" range- although I'm 6" and carry my weight well, and am a bit worried that losing that much weight will make me look a bit too thin! So, I guess I'll just keep going until I feel a bit more confident and - more important - more comfortable in my body!
Reading this forum has already given me lots of ideas and tips to stay on track and I cannot wait to start my WW journey!!
