What happens if i drink more than 4L one day??

I think the fear is that you start retaining water or something. I could drink up to 6L a day too, but its not necessarily good for you - think it definitely differs person to person. If you perspire a lot or exercise a lot I find you need more

Well worry will do you more damage than water that's for sure! Have a lovely day Sean

There was a similar thing ages ago about that kind of thing too Miss Bee, A chap was dared to down as many pints or water as he could in one go. From what i can remember it was something like 20 pints in total and he died from it.

I think it's if you drink a mass in one go that causes the problems as your body cant cope with trying to process it like that so it just shuts down it's all got to go somewhere. Tragic tho isn't it just from good old tap water.

I'm monitor what i'm drinking but just made me wonder about what it would to Lipotrim if we went over the 4 litre mark but from what i can tell not a lot?

wow,it's crazy to think of it is'nt it!?and it occured to me just how lucky binge drinkers are not to get into trouble more often, cos if you think about the amount of people drinking 20 pints plus of beer etc on a weekend evening,in quite a short time frame,it's mad they're arent more reports of tragedies.
i've known people drink so much in a short space of time and not even think about it.just fall asleep, wake up with a bit of a fuzzy head, and start all over again the next day!!
i suppose it also shows us how different bodies are able to handle things,or not.

wish you lots of luck with your lipotrim diet,it sounds like it gives great losses, and maintainable too,if all their advice is followed right.
all the best to you:D
