New to Exante....

I start Exante on the 9th of September, after I have used up my stock of Cambridge product.

I've just placed an order for 2 months worth of shakes and a couple of bars to try.

So I'll join you all in just under 2 weeks.

Hi, I too am just about to embark on Exante. Done Lighter Life since January (on & off) and lost 3.5 stones so now want to cut costs but still follow VLCD so thought I'd try Exante.. How have you got on?

Exante is great stuff and is amazing value at £25 a week.....it's cheaper (by far for me) than eating!!!
Minimins in my opinion is the best counsellor you could have!
I'm so glad Exante exists....the £65 for LL would never be in my reach!

Thanks. I too think that Minis is probably the best support for most people. From some of the experiences I've read on here, it doesn't sound like some of the counsellors put any effort in and are more interested in the money. It's great when you get a good one though and I am sure that the majority are really good at what they do. Mine was good for my parents when they did Cambridge, I just don't feel that I need that level of support.

I think for the benefits of Cambridge it is worth the average of around £40 per week. But I'm not really one of the people that would benefit from the extras, until I get towards the end. I really do feel that Cambridge has the best plan for re-introducing people back in to a normal healthy diet after the weight has been lost. Which is why I intend to return to it in a couple of months.

Thanks. I'll let you know what I think compared to Cambridge.

I too have coming over from Cambridge to Exante. Hope you guys will let me join you. I still have some CD stuff to use so will do that but ordered by Mixed bumper pack this evening. Looking forward to having bars in the mix, but not looking forward to the soups so much.

Got a lot to lose so fingers crossed I like them.

I have 9 days worth of CD products left, so don't start Exante until the 9th, but I'll be in both the Exante and Cambridge forums anyway. I'm sticking to the shakes, but will try the bars. If they are nice and I will order more.

fat boy slimmin how are you finding the shake/soups on exante diet compared to the cambridge ones?
