Toad in the hole recipe

I LOVE Joe's sausages.

Had Cowboys Breakfast for dinner again tonight which is one of our favourites!

About to do another big order to see me through the month and have a few ideas to cook, but really hankering for Toad in the Hole after seeing a Nigella version in the You mag today.

Does anyone know how to do a SW friendly Toad in the Hole?

not sure how you'd do a SW toad in hole, seeing as the main part is the batter being flour and milk and needing HOT oil to pour the batter in to..... not sure it would work being adapted???
