hey everyone, am feeling so down. have been on ww for 6 weeks now and have lost only 4 pounds. i lose one week, then put on the next. im 11st 2 and 4ft 11 i look and feel hideous. i didn't go to class last wk as i had been off track all week and didn't want to know how much i had gained. i still haven't managed to get back on track and as its a week before period i am craving! to top all this i turn 30 nxt sun so more eating! i want to go bck to class this thurs but am scared ive put on, what do i do? x

At this moment time I only wish I knew. All I can say is you haven't failed til you give up trying! Once you're 30th is over then perhaps you get a clear run to be the size you wanna be at christmas! Personal problems are better off solved on the treadmill than on the sofa with ice cream. I know this but doesn't always help. £othe birthdays will mean eating whichever way you think about it. Enjoy it. Let nothing spoil it, and be what you wanna be for christmas

Hunny your weight losses were amazing when they were happening so dont lose heart ,my average is 2lb a week so far but id even be happy with 1 as I just want to lose it . You already understand that the week you gained was to do with something so you already know your habits.Thats the biggest key, try and stay on track til your birthday then enjoy the day whatever way you decide (no one will shout ) and you may even find you make better choices.
As soon as its over draw a big line under it and get back on here with us and we will all help each other?
Big hug and dont worry cos think how amazing you will look at 31! x

I would go to class :)
If you are anything like me, the longer you put it off, the more likely you are to say "oh I'll go next week"... "next week"... before you know it, it's December and it's time to make the New Years Resolutions that we never stick to again... That might just be me.. I have JUST regained my focus that I lost about 5 months ago... back to class in September.

I would bite the bullet - You're expecting a gain, so just go, get weighed, take the gain on the chin and draw a line under it. Fresh start, complete with motivation :)

Aww sweetheart - I can feel your pain coming off the screen at me. At the end of the day though, you weigh what you weigh whether you step on those scales or not but at least by going back to group and facing up to it, it will help you draw a line under whats happened and make a fresh start. You're only human arent you and you don't need to be perfect to succeed at this. We all have blips, off weeks (and months!) and we all beat ourselves up for it but, as Mumtheshopper says, you only truly fail when you give up so dig deep, take a big breath and be brave. You CAN do this - and you'll be even lovelier than you already are because you'll be proud of having fought on to overcome this moment. xxxx

Your losses have been great. You want to do it nice and steady. I would go to class and face it.. Embrace your 30's and look at it as a start of your journey as PP you will be looking great at 31..
