Do any of you cd'ers have OH's who insist on watching Man Vs Food and then say aloud to you, "just look at that!". I mean, the OH is likely to have my shoe thrown at him in a mo. Luckily, I am absorbed in reading this forum right now so I'm not salivating too much! Lol x

Hope you got through the programme with no blood shed - lol

When I started CD the first time round it prompted my OH to develop his own culinary skills and since then he has taken to watching various cooking programmes. Like yours he has a habit of not only calling me in to watch bits of it, but worse still he carries on talking about his plans to have a go making something he's seen.

Mind you it does now mean that I no longer feel quilty about not cooking his fav meals and once I'm done -he can carry on with cooking duty :)

Lol, my hubby has always been a foody and in to cooking, but he runs marathons just for fun, which is why I need to do CD and he doesn't!:D

I have been watching man v food myself :) obviously I like to torture myself ....

My husband happily pays for cd,makes my soups n shakes when his turn to 'cook',but am afraid didn't adjust his eating and drinking habits, although after a while it stopped getting on my nerves and I started to feel in super control and a little saintly, this gave me a real buzz! x
