Tough night

I've had a really long, active day today (as has Clepottage!) which involved getting up at 6 and rushing round like mad things all day. I had my 1st shake at 6.30am, then being out all day I had my second when I got in at 5pm. I'm going to go an get my 3rd very soon as I am STARVING!!

I feel worn out and am craving that really 'full' comforting feeling I get from carb-laden junk. I'm particularly craving a nice big bowl of pasta with philly and ham :cry:I know I don't need it at ALL - I don't even really 'want' it because I want to be thin more... but I feel tonight might be tough!

Oh, and I've just got tearful at bloody X-factor, so I must be PMT-ish - cravings explained! Still hard to plough through.

chin up hun. was it you thats been at the horse show since early this morning?? think i read it on another thread. How'd that go??
Dont despair, tomorrow is a new day. lots of water, maybe a hot bath n only couple hrs then sleep time and wake up - breakfast shake and a brand new day :)
ya doin great! although i get those cravings sometimes too, i've even mentally food shopped for all the stuff "i will buy this n this when i'm .." i know i wont!! x

Just remember why you are doing this in the first place!!! This should keep you from slipping. It is normal to have days when you either feel just plain down or fancy any and every food going. Keep focussed and drink loads and loads of water. I truly believe it is our very best friend. It will help with the boredom and the hunger.
Stay tough, you will be so happy you did.

You can do it.. You have done so well great loses :d

Yes it was size8, we both had a very succesfull day too, thank you :D

I was ravenous last night too Bren and I think it was partly due to having uch a busy day and partly due to being out of my usual routine for shakes time wise.

Interestingly, I fell really energised this morning, more awake and alert than I have in days - hope you're having a good one too?

Hi girls, well done with your losses so far xx. I think its hard sometimes. I'm not hungry as such but get cravings for things. It passes though and I would feel so rubbish if I had cheated. We are doing great though can't believe how quickly its gone in. x

I scraped through last night, with lots of water! Felt much more energetic this morning, and back in the normal shake routine! Looking forward to my lunchtime shake :D

So glad you got through the blip Bren. :)

As the name suggests, water works!

congrats on stayin strong!!! :) i was wondering how ya got on actually.
what horse have ya got? bet ya were shattered! Definitely the activity and early start would've made you more hungry. When i go on a superdooper walk with my springers, i can envisage my shake that much i can taste it!!!
I've had a good day diet wise but an odd one otherwise. My handle off a window blew off and smashed one of my favourite duck egg vases that was a gift from my ex - oh well maybe it was about time it went too! I did like it and know it wasnt from a main shop so hard if near imposs to get another. And i've a window to fix now!! Then i had an encounter on my way to visit family!! Its subrural where they live, so i let the pups off on a nearby playing field - dogs allowed but of course clean up any mess. Was just waiting for one to finish his erm business and a car drove up by the fence nearby and stopped. No movement, and i started to think ohh no pls dont let it be a weirdo i'm not in the mood today! Then window was wound down - "excuse me luvv!" .. phew, they just want directions!... "are you goin to pick that up?!" .... !!!! .... very curt blunt monotone reply "yes when he's finished!" .... but they wouldnt drive off, i had the poo bag out and i wasnt bending over whilst they spectated for a gold clock. I agree all dogs messes should be collected and disposed off properly. However i did feel they were takin the absolute biscuit. Just when i was calming down with a peppermint tea with my parents, commotion erupted in their country garden! I thought my lord what now!! The cat and a green finch were havin a round ricky hatton would be proud of. I stepped in with the hosepipe and rescued the greenfinch - its in a shoebox recovering hopefully.
So thats my day ppl!
I've still got the walk back home shortly, i wouldnt be suprised if its a full moon and i bump into half the Thriller cast! xx
