healthy extra's

Hi, could anyone give a list of healthy extra b's. I shop at asda mostly, is there any I can buy from there?

I take it you can't use the website? If you can there's a list of all HE foods on there. I don't think we're allowed to make endless lists of food on here but here's a couple.

2 Asda Real Strawberry/Real Apple fruit bars
3 Asda good for you rye crispbreads

There are a few Asda soups listed too and most supermarket brand cereals can be used in place of a more expensive brand B option.

All the really yummy ones like Alpen lights and fibre plus bars are often on offer in Asda too.
