Just wondering how much water you're all drinking whilst SSing?

It'd also be good to hear off those of you who have lost lots of weight as to how much H2o you used to drink?

I usually drink between 10 & 12 pints a day & obviously want to maximise the speed of weight loss.
This should be enough shouldn't it?

Water is the key to the diet.

With all the dieters I see and my own experience I truely believe that optimum weight loss for girls is on around 4 litres and 6 litres for boys.

I'm regularly taking around 6-7 litres a day so that's gotta help! :)
