Right.....i have started and stopped and started and stopped this diet so many times but this time im sticking to it!! Im 30 in April 2011 and do not want to be the weight i am so here goes!

Im going to fill in a diary each night, please feel free to comment if my points etc arent right......

27th Aug, here goes.........

30g cornflakes, 1/4 skimmed milk, sweetner......3

40g low fat feta cheese, tomato, cucumber, onion, origano, 1tsp olive oil..........3
ww yogurt......1
apple.............0.5
banana.........1.5

spicy meat balls & spiced brown rice (ww cook book)....8

skimmed milk for tea 1

total for day 18........
