Thank you for thinking about me and the support you are showing me. Any help would be great!as i am not very good at this thing. i got on the scales again this morning and it read that i was 13 stone 12 and 1/2 lb How do I start a food diary? Is it like a new thread?

Foodfairy, i know where your coming from with the cleaning, i have to do mine i just have no motivation what so ever where that is concerned.
