help me day 8

Hey Gemgems,

Horrible that you're feeling sick, hope feel better soon hun.....x

thanks hun i know this wasnt the best thing to do but i threw my shake away and went out and bought a packet of ham an ate that. it was a last resort so i didnt come off the diet. i felt so ill i thought i would have to go to a and e!

You poor thing, was it nausea? Maybe you should see you're GP if you're really worried.

Don't worry about the ham, your health is the most important thing, bottom line. Plus you chose ham.....full of protein so I'm sure you're still in ketosis.

Don't worry about it anyway hun, just focus on getting better.

Hugs!x

it sounds weird but it felt like low blood sugar. i collapsed and couldnt get off the floor and kept being sick. im upset as iv been fine all week. i think i pushed myself in the gym to much i did an hour none stop and weights. :(

Omg, gems that is really worrying hun, make sure you at least tell your pharmacist so they can advise you, like you said it could be that you pushed yourself too hard in the gym, I know in general for the first two weeks of lipotrim usually you would be advised to take it easy on the exercise, especially if you don't normally do it.

It's a shock for your system to get used to a very low calorie diet, so you should add in the exercise gradually over the first few weeks.

Really hope you feel better and please do see your doctor if this continues at all.:hug99:

Thanks :) i will do. i feel fine now after the ham. i might just stay on the diet take it easy at the gym and keep emergency ham in the fridge incase it happens again haha

If I had to guess it was the gym! TFR is hard enough. You are so brave to work your buns like that, but to me it sounds like you were suffering from exhaustion and dehydration. Good for you for getting back on the horse, but like slim me said, make sure you chat with your dr etc.

Good luck! Hope you feel better and take it easy. I HATE throwing up so I really feel for you.

I'm sorry your unwell gemgems, I hope that your feeling a little bit better by now?

I actually did my exercise dvd last night instead of treadmill and felt awful, really rough. I drank extra water and that made me feel even worse for a while but then I started to pick up again after about half an hour or so (when i started absorbing the extra water i spose), so I'm hoping you might just have had the same thing from being at the gym and not picked up a bug or anything from anywhere??

I know that the minimum water intake should be 2 litres but i've been drinking 3 and i think that's really helped me cope (I know it can be boring but i just keep in mind that it's doing me good)

There's no real rush in any of it, you'll still lose weight even if you don't exercise at all (thank god lol), it's better to lose the weight steadily and healthily than go at it hammer and tongs and do your self damage.

Take care and I do hope that you feel better soon. stay at it, it'll be worth it in the end! But if it does carry on being too hard or making you ill you certainly should see your doc tho. :)
