i know from greggs doughnuts aren't too bad about 3.5/4.5 ... so maybe a plain one would be the same? hmmm

Not as bad as I thought (feared!!) tho - ate 3/4 of one today and was starting to feel a bit guilty as i havn't been v gd syn-wise these last couple fof days :break_diet:

I had two the other night after I weighed in! better then the box of 12 me and my OH buy for ourselfs so get 6 each! NOM

Thankfully the nearest Krispy Kreme place is about 20 miles away from me, which is a good job as I think Id OD on them
