Wii

Hey everyone I have just bought a Wii and the Biggest Loser Game. Haven't been home to try them out yet though.

Was just wondering what games everyone else has been using and if it has improved your weightloss results??

Or did it slow down your losses at first?

I have EA Sports Active - I can't say it's boosted my losses, which is difficult now as I don't have as much to lose anymore. However it's fab for toning, expecially on arms and legs!

I have the biggest loser, ea sports active and wii fit plus. I could give you a sensible answer if I could manage to get the chance to actually use them. They are good fun tho, and once the kids are in school I can put some serious effort into using them more!!
