Nervously awaiting WI

Well WI tomorrow morning and for the first time since I started WW, I had a couple of days when I didn't count points. In my defence, I did have a lovely day and overnight visit to a spa with my sister. In theory I should have been able to stay on track because there's lots of healthy food and tons of exercise classes going on but there's also lots of yummy food (it's not like the health farms of old where you just get a lettuce leaf to munch on!) and I decided I didn't want to do anything more energetic than sit in the jacuzzi and lay on the massage table for a nice relaxing massage! Wanted to treat myself cos this is the only holiday away I'm getting this year.

On the way home stopped off at mum's for a roast dinner with all the trimmings. Anyway, I tried to cut back the last few days so tomorrow morning I'll see what the damage is. Will be really pleased if I've stayed the same, I just don't want to gain. :sigh:

If you gain it doesnt matter. As long as you enjoyed your time at the spa and sunday dinner!

the worst thing is when you dont enjoy it and you gain as a result!

Yeah Shabba, I know you're right. I think it's a psychological thing though, I'm back in the zone now and I feel like if I gain weight I've gone backwards. Realistically though there's going to be times when you have hols or meals out etc when you eat more and are going to gain. As you say, it's more annoying when you've been good and still gained, and I've dieted enough over the years to have had that happen!

Good Luck with your weigh in :)
I agree with Shabba - you have to enjoy the moment sometimes - the spa sounded lovely.

I've had 2 gains in the last 7 weeks and have been 100% since start so that was a bad time, as said you enjoyed yourself and I expect you'll see a loss if you didn't go to mad or a sts :)
Good luck xx
