I'm cracking!

I can feel myself starting to fail.
On Monday, I ate some fish and spinach in the evening. Not because I was hungry, but because I wanted to.
And then yesterday I ate 4 instead of 3 Exante meals.
And I mainly eat the bars, just because they're there and it makes me feel like I'm eating.
I know I'll have to eat tomorrow, because I have a team day out and there's no way I can make it on just these foods.
Water is the only thing that's keeping my hunger away and I can't have a pee stop every 20 minutes!
I do plan to stick to healthy stuff, but I just don't know if I'll have the strength to be good again afterwards.
I'm already cracking now.

I know it's probably because I have my period.
But once I start eating again, it's really hard to stop

if you stick to the meals in the book (ie no carbs) then you should still have good weight loss and maybe it suits your better to eat alittle you could always add in days of total replacement?

good luck xx

Yep Just keep your cracking to the min and you'll go forward. I was baddish yesterday but I actually stopped myself last night and was not as bad as it could have been and I'm still slightly down today so just have a low carb meal at the team day and keep going -it isn't make or break -it's a lifetime change.

Youre doing well so far, you made the right choice with the salmon and spinach and I one extra pack isnt going to do any harm.

Maybe the answer tomorrow is to just decide you ARE going to eat and accept youre off plan and then get back on it on Friday. I know in my case its a real psychological thing. Id rather have one day off and get back on it than feel deprived, fed up and then bang..Ill go totally off the rails.

In an ideal world we'd all stick to the plan 100% but life isnt like that and IMO theres nothing wrong with the occasional tweak if its going to help you in the long run

Thanks all!

Yeah, that's true. If I go back and forth all the time between yes I will, or no I won't eat, then I'm gonna just give up and eat it all!
I might as well just decide that I'm going to eat tomorrow, and then get back on fully on Friday.

I think it might not be a bad idea for me to combine WS with TS. And just eat a meal now and then when I really want one, and do 100% on other days.
I'll try that and see how that works

I agree with Starlights approach. I cracked on Monday and knew yesterday that I wouldn't be able to stick to 100% so had salmon salad for dinner. Back on total today and am happy with the choices I made.

hi just wanted to say I've never managed to be 100% for very long - I admire those that can. Nevertheless I have had excellent results (3 stone in 3 months) previously with CD by just getting back on it and not turning an evening splurge into a week/ month/ year of binging. Don't beat yourself up to much - you can do this as long as you don't give up and it doesn't escalate. Good luck - think how great you will feel when you get where you want to be - it's worth it

P.S it is without question my all or nothing mentality that got me in this mess ie) being very very good or very very bad so agree with other posters re lifestyle change - you've made good choices  keep it up

PPS sorry to go on your post just struck a cord -forgot to say I am having some conventional foods too -on advice as still breastfeeding my son morning and night - still expect/hope for good losses though

Thanks for all the support everyone :)

I didn't do too bad today.
I had a bar for breakfast and then half a filled mushroom for lunch and some salad. I was actually full really fast!
I had a bit of chocolate in the afternoon, but not much.
And I walked so much, that I'm pretty sure I still lost weight :p

Tomorrow, back to 100%!
