hey!
i have been doing slimming world since Febuary but have got stuck at 12 stone so have started again today!
i'm an going to do extra easy and today i have had
breakfast - nothing
lunch - ww bread 2 slices ( heb), cheese (hea) extra light mayo ( 1 syn)
dinner - quorn mince (free) , carrots, onion, tomato, marmite, potato, water.
i shall keep on track with this little diary!
i ordered my wedding dress in my size but am hoping to drop a dress size or two by December the 18th
