I'm going to make a change, for once in my life.

My very first day on the Cambridge plan and it's so far so good. I thought I'd fill all those interested with a little background info. Okay, so I'm 21. I've just finished Uni and have moved to Wycombe for my very first teaching job. I lived a life which literally evolves around food.. Nights in with a takeaway made me happy.. Well, until the feeling of regret began and I'd end up feeling fat all night.. I was always thinking about food.. I became obsessed with it, simultaneously thinking about the night 'yummy' thing to eat and fretting over the number of pounds I'd put on due to it.. Since I can remember I've thought of food this way.. I've also been fat since I can remember.. I've lost over a stone in the past few years through Slimming World/ Weightwatchers but I never stuck to the plans as the results (or lack of) often left me feeling rather disheartened! However, the weight (up to now) was slowly creeping back on.. So time to make a change.. NOW.

I'm following the sole source plan and today I tried the strawberry, banana and chocolate shakes. I enjoyed the chocolate! :) Tasted yumm! :D

I'm not missing food so far, I have a goal in mind and I'm so determined to meet it so I think that's overridden any cravings thus far! I'm hoping that by next summer I will have reached my goal of around 9.5 stone. I have 3 stone to lose in total!

I'm hoping I stick to this plan! Once I start seeing results I'm sure I will.. I'm so excited to see the weight fall off..
