Syns in sweetners?

Hi all, I'm on Extra Easy and need to know if anyone can tell me are ALL sweetners free? I couldn't get Splenda or Canderell and have got some ASDA own brand called Simply Sweet. Don't want to use in a receipe if it isn't free!...any help out there?:wave_cry:

The only one that I know isn't syn free is the Splenda Brown. All the others are okay.
