Day 4 and dreading weigh in!!

I'm on day four of 100%TFR. I've got to be 100% honest and don't want to sound big headed but i've not found it that difficault?? I miss eating with my family but not the actual food if that makes sense and I've stuck to the programme really strictly and have been drinking between 2-3 litres of water a day too.

I'm just really scared about weigh in, i don't feel or look any different at all. I don't want to weigh myself as i want the "surprise" of being weighed at the doctors (i'm hoping to prove the nurse wrong as i don't think she thinks i could do it). Has anyone else felt like this too, or am i doing something wrong.

I was expecting it to be totally awful with really bad headaches and hunger pangs, but I've been really (and really very thankfully) surprised at how easy i'm finding it?? (maybe it's just my determination that i'm ignoring it all?)

Hi caffsean,

By the sounds of things you have no reason to be dreading your weigh in!:)

You sound really determined and focused, I guess most people do get headachy and abit down in the first few days while going into ketosis but lucky you, you seem to be doing great!

It's only my second day but I already feel like I've been doing lipo for two years!!!! I just hope the time goes abit quicker after week one, which I'm sure it will going by what everyone says!

So hang on in there and just wait till you see the numbers go down on the scales at your weigh in, then you'll start to notice it in yourself!

Good luck and keep up the positive attitude!:)

I haven't had any problems either. This is week 8 for me, and I must say, I love being on lipotrim, I would stay on it forever if I could.

You sound identical to me, I found it pretty effortless (bar the dizzyness when standing up quick) and although get a bit fed up the odd time the 4 weeks have flown by. I've had to change trousers for work already and am down 2 notches on my belt. Stick with it and let us know your results.

I was the same too. Found LT relatively easy. No problems the first week, except now I've got the dizziness when standing up too quick! Sounds as though you're headed for a great weigh in though, good for you. Let us know how you get on, can't wait to find out how much you've lost!
