Hi Peeps,
well after another couple of weeks with low losses I've decided to switch to maintaince for a few weeks ( at the suggestion of the pharmasist) must admit I'm a bit scared, my reason being I car'nt see how I'm going to loose more by doing maintaince when I've been having low losses being 100%. The sugestions by the pharmasist are, the as your weight goes down the losses become less and that by switching to the maintainance for a few weeks then returning to 100% this will alter my motabalism and the bigger losses will kick in again. So I'm going to give it a try, wondering if anyone else has had similar experiances
