End of Day 3 and apart from a MASSIVE headache today (resolved with nurofen plus nd 500mls water) all good here ;)
Have loved every soup but am honestly dreading trying the tomato and basil one as the LL tomato soup was foul!
Any opinions? anything to make it palatable .....I seem to have a lot and don't want to end up with a load of packs I can't stomach.
oh...still not in ketosis
Can't believe it's Day 4 tomorrow already! (if you know what I mean :p )

If its the exante tomato soup, give it a try, its my favourite one, Ive heard its lots nicer than LL ones

Thanks Starlight ;) at least I have the incentive to try it now!

It's my favourite too. I gring in chilli and garlic flakes and it is like a hot bowl of tomatoy chilli -feels like a proper meal.

Tomato & basil is lovely, it's my favourite too. I used to like all the soups but went off them all apart from the tomato and basil for some reason, Anyway i put some curry powder in the chicken soup yesterday and it was rather nice well nice-ish at least i could drink it, like cannyscot i also put chilli flakes in my soups as i love spicy things.

I'm not so keen on the tomato by itself but have found that by tweaking it a bit I can make it much better.

#1 adjustment is dried minced garlic and sechuan spice from my Jamie Oliver grinder (available in Sainsburys).

#2 is fresh coriander, basil and parsley and a dash of worcestershire or soy sauce.

#3 is garlic (again) and mild chilli powder.

#4 is garlic and ground black pepper

#5 is garlic and fresh chives and parsley

I like garlic......

I did it! thanks to you guys, armed with chilli and garlic salt.......ignored the funny colour and actually got so hungry that I surprised myself
Also have to consider that in the world of 'real food', Tomato soup is on my menu about once a year :p
Have survived Day 4 and apart from intermittent headache and tummy cramps feel very positive
thanks again, this is a great place :D
