Day four and still going strong!

Well its day four and im definately in ketosis. I feel really full all the time with the water i have to say. Feeling very proud as the first day my family ate chippy and chinese in front of me and i didnt cheat one bit and tonight we were out late so could not get home for usual milkshake on time so had to last till 8 for my milkshake and my hubby had chippy for convenience and the smells could have really tempted me but instead they made me feel a bit ill??! So once again i didnt give in! Suprisingly everyone in work is being great about it, thought they would think the diet was ridiculous i have to say but no all very supportive, praising me for drinking water etc as before diet i used to get home at five and realise i had not drank a thing so they are seeing a difference in my motivation. Just praying this dedication is reflected in the scales on thursday evening. Unfortunately with work im having to weigh of an evening but we will see!
 
Wow well done on being so strong.....hope this lasts as it is hard to get back on track if you do give in to temptation.

Im sure you will be fine at weigh in.
 
Brilliant - you will be 55lbs down in no time!
It is great being in control isnt it?
If the scales do not show amazing movement, you know it is because you will be full of water!
Can you weigh at home thefollowing morning?
 
Thanks everyone, yeah i have scales at home however they weigh me in about 6 pounds lighter than my CDC's scales lol but sure i can work it out lol. IM sure there will days ill be alot more tempted but i did think it was going to be a lot harder to start it as i had a chicken korma the night before i started it as was not planning on starting it that day lol. Would be so happy if i could lose that 55lb for end of august but feel that may be pushing it a bit but have a bikini to get into, yuck lol!
 
You've about the same loss as me to go jayjay, I'm hopeing for the end of August too!

GOOD LUCK, sounds like you're going strong at the mo keep it up, it'll get even easier if you're finding it ok already :)

I too had a curry before the night of starting...best meal of my life!
