Non food related goodies

A little something that brightened up my day .....

After my very favorite Lancome foundation was discontinued about 18 months ago, I do not know how many times I have wasted 10/15/20 pounds trying to find a good replacement.

With my new love of all things Aldi I purchased a two pound illuminating moisturiser and a two pound foundation (with a vague recollection that Gok rated these products) ...... RESULT!!!!

I mix the two together and they are perfect! The nearest thing I have found to my perfect foundation all for under a fiver.

Thats a good day for me! (sad I know)

YaY for make up - when I learn how to use it properly lol! I use bits and pieces but never have felt that I have got the hang of it - think I might be getting a bit long in the tooth now...ah well, if I don't put it on I don't have to clean it all off lol

I like the Aldi moisturisers, Chell - they keep scoring really well on blind tests against posh ones that you need a second mortgage to buy..
