I need help

which days are you following, original or green ? you can have 2 healthy extra B choices a day and either 1 0r 2 healthy extra A choices :D you can have them whenever you want to, with your meals or seperate as snacks. as long as you stick to the correct weights you'll be ok.

look through your book for ideas for snacks depending on which day you're following or stick to free foods that can be eaten on either day such as fruit, muller light yogurts or an ommlette!!

is this your first week hun ? its bound to take some getting used to but stick at it and it will work, stay away from slimming tablets, if you do the diet correctly theres no need for them. give us a shout if you need any help :)
